How to uninstall and reinstall, installation fails?

Good afternoon, I started by installing the GUI on CENTOS, and the installation failed on the latest packages, and after re-entering the command it gives the following error .... I guess I need to remove this package and install it again,
but how to find exactly where it was installed? I'm new to Linux, how can I check and reinstall? help plz.

The error says that the package manager cannot reach the repository. Check the internet, ping mirror repositories.
