MacBook Pro heavy CPU usage when using video stream?

Mac OS X 10.9
MacBook Pro 15'' (Late 2011)
The system was reinstalled with disk formatting.

What to do? One has only to turn on the video display and that's it, after a few minutes the temperature of the processor becomes such that you can fry eggs on it!
In those. support was not advised to do anything worthwhile (they said to check how it would work in safe mode if some third party causes a load on the core; it turned out that audio broadcasting does not work in save mode, so of course nothing could be checked).
How likely is it that this is the cause in the gland? Or maybe a bug in the OS itself?
