As far as I know, the misuse of software falls under Article 146 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation: Violation of copyright and related rights. Question: if the program was activated with a pirated key (without any cracks), would this be a violation of Article 272 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation: Illegal access to computer information? (or any other articles)

Another question is what it is for. And activation is done to be used. Now it's illegal to use it.
