How to make a small profit from physical. persons from Europe?

Hey!
I've searched a bunch of forums and articles, but have not found an answer to my question.
I recently made a small service used by freelancers from Russia (they transfer payments directly to my card, Yandex money, etc.). I plan to translate the service into English and accept payments in Europe (via card payment), but I can't figure out how it should be done. Is it worth opening an IP in Russia and accepting payments through a Russian bank, or is it worth opening a company somewhere in the European Union and negotiating with the bank there (if it’s better, then where to register the campaign).
I plan to have a turnover of about 2-4 thousand euros per month. I myself plan to pay only for google adwords advertising (this is how clients find out about me).
Grateful for any advice, I've spent two weeks on the net trying to answer this question, but so far there is no solution.

oh well, there are a lot of answers here
1) the easiest way is PayPal, it can be done on an individual entrepreneur, in total - the USN is
true, fussing with checks and online cash desks, I won’t tell you 100% i.e. we work only with US / EU PayPal accounts
2) systems like 2Checkout, here for IP you need to tinker with the tax account - here (and in general) progers are lazy, because they sing a song that "this is not possible"
3) Pioneer and his invoice service, option with IP, see as in p2, but, perhaps, it won’t work: Pioneers are changing there, maybe they have already made an input at the expense of IP - this is the easiest
optimally - 1 + 2 options, the fact is that all sorts of SEPAs are common in Europe, and it may be useful to work with billing that this whole zoo accepts - but - everything yourself, correspondence with the tax office and so on - only yourself, you will not find advice in general form

Without individual entrepreneurs and online cash desks, for SaaS https://paddle.com/
if you sell through Russian paypal in foreign currency, you will lose about 5% more for converting into rubles

In any case, a foreign bank will merge information about your account and the movement on it into your tax office, there is such an agreement between countries and has been in force since 2017, no matter the physical. person or legal face. Therefore, it makes sense to register an individual entrepreneur or LLC in the Russian Federation, open an account with a Russian bank, receive money and pay the appropriate taxes.
