Ubuntu, KVM takes a very long time to install a virtual machine, how to fix it?

On my home computer (Ubuntu 16.04.1) I'm trying to install a virtual machine through virtual-manager, but it takes a very long time to install, and apparently freezes at the moment of copying files. The process is very slow. More than half an hour copies, then preparation / unpacking takes more than an hour, and the process is only 7% .. Windows and Ubuntu are equally long ...

Создать предварительно диск: qemu-img create -o -f qcow2 qcow2.img 20G
Так как virtual-manager и virt-install забивают его полностью
