Translation service Xliff?

Good afternoon!
I have an xliff containing strings from a flash drive that I need to translate into four languages. Translation will be done by employees in four foreign offices, I am coordinating the project. I would very much like the transfer to happen online, but I'm a little concerned about the issue of confidentiality.
Attention, the question is: what application should be installed on our servers? I read about pootle, but it requires a dozen different pre-requisites. Maybe there is something better? Are there any useful tips for installing pootle, or even better, a step-by-step guide for dummies.
Or maybe there are quite reliable ready-made online services for translating xliff?
Thank you! I would appreciate any advice on the topic.

I already seem like a spammer to myself :) but for the third time I have to mention GlotPtess . Standard php / mySQL application, multi-user (everyone can offer translation options, and the moderator approves the most suitable ones), import-export of ready-made po-files.
In action (and partially translated) can be seen here .

whatever gettext can do.
I didn't quite understand about "standard locale files".
file formats: po/mo, xml.
language standards: there are many of them and can be supplemented with translation rules for any other.
the product itself is slightly damp, but it is quite efficient with minimal “finishing”.
