Online service (platform) for translating articles from third-party resources?

Colleagues, who knows an online platform for organizing the translation of articles from third-party resources?
What would you like? - I find an interesting article in English. I go to the service, I drive in the address of the article. Automatic translation is carried out with full preservation of formatting. At the same time, both the original and the translation are shown to me in a convenient form (when hovering or next to it, or somehow else).
I, at my choice, can cancel the translation of individual parts, sentences, words, edit some. Plus all sorts of interesting goodies: highlighting the word (phrase) in the original and in the translation when you hover over the mouse, translation options, voice acting, transcription, the ability to maintain your own dictionary, etc.
So that you can save the intermediate stages of the translation and return to them later. Everything that I translated earlier should also be preserved.
There is something very remotely similar in lingualeo.com in the materials section, but there you can’t load the resource with formatting preserved, you can’t see the translation and the original at the same time, etc., and it wasn’t created for this.

You have now fully described the functionality of Google Translate. In chrome, it is available in the toolbar (appears on foreign pages), for other browsers: go to https://translate.google.com/ and enter the page address - it will give a link with the translated version.
To edit the text on the spot, there is a function "Suggest translation" in the selected area - the text is corrected locally immediately.
Plus all sorts of interesting goodies: highlighting the word (phrase) in the original and in the translation when you hover over the mouse, translation options, voice acting, transcription, the ability to maintain your own dictionary, etc.

You need to discover CAT systems. Of the free and cloud, for example, there is SmartCAT .
