What convenient and inexpensive translation service can you recommend?

It is necessary to translate the application interface into the maximum number of languages and the description into English and Spanish.
I expect to get an XML table with a list of words and translations into different languages.
(not so many words)
or just poison strings.xml and get the translated one in return. I would be happy to pay by WM or PayPal.
