Try to recognize it here (to the right of the search line there is a pencil with which you can draw a hieroglyph). If it doesn't work, then you can ask on the forum there.
If the text is not very large, you can use the hieroglyphs input panel in the operating system and some kind of google translate. When I needed to figure it out on some Korean site, it turned out quite well.
If it's a well-known phrase, it might make sense to use Google's similar image search. Maybe someone in the comment attributed the translation.
Just translated a phrase from Chinese to Russian using Google Translate on Android, recognizing the text from the camera.
ABBYY FineReader 11 recognizes hieroglyphs. They seem to have added Chinese to their online service as well .
