Machine translation from one language to another

Good afternoon!
There was a need to create a glossary-reference book on the translation of one game. That is, we need to collect all the norms and rules separately for different situations in one place. I would like to have something like therules.ru/ site with its own search, structure, etc. The wiki engine does not suit for a number of reasons.
Can you please suggest the easiest way to implement this.

One way to implement your idea is to use special software for such purposes - for example, Babylon Glossary Builder. Then just post the results of the program on the site - here's a glossary, created by yourself and posted on the Internet.
