Good day. The question arose whether it is possible to make an image from a working vps through VMware Converter and then convert it to iso for further installation of this image on another vps?

Yes, I did.
Just not in ISO . And in a specialized format of one or another hypervisor.
And put the drivers under the hypervisor in advance or put standard universal drivers.
If you are making a VmWare hypervisor, then Converter itself must make sure that there are drivers.
Well, plus, keep in mind that if this "other VPS" is hosted, then it is not a fact that without technical support you will be able to install the image made, and it is not a fact that technical support will agree to do this for you.
When I did this - all hypervisors were completely under my control, it was not a VPS hosting.
