How to deploy a local virtual server on vagrant in production on VDS?

There is a local virtual Debian server on Vagrant, there are several projects on it - in python and php. (configured Nginix, apache, etc.).
Is it possible to automatically deploy it to VDS without manually configuring everything?
If so, what means are available for this?

Not necessarily digitalocean, but necessarily HVM virtualization (the easiest way is to take virtual machines on KVM and not think about whether it is HVM or not).
