Hyper-V or VMWare Workstation?

Which virtualization system is more convenient, productive, and better able to tolerate migrations?

Main goal: virtual machines for development.

Of the main pluses in VMWare that I noticed - the desktop environment works very well. In Hyper-V, I could not achieve this, but maybe I did something wrong.

do not care. there are slight differences ... but you would already know about them if they played a role
