Why are there instructions here?
It is also clearly visible there that it does not boot due to the lack of a boot disk (image)
And there are buttons A, B and CD where you obviously need to connect the image.

Just like any other. Did you miss msdos? :)
You do not have a boot image - the machine has nothing to boot from. And it is written in English and white on the screen.
