Hyper-V from USB "pros" and "cons"?

Greetings!
There was an idea to boot Hyper-v from a flash drive, build a cluster system using servers, the system on which is loaded from USB. And actually the question is: what are the "pros" and "cons" of Hyper-V from USB?
Thank you.

Here, if someone is interested, I found an article: www.c-amie.co.uk/technical/hyper-v-usb-boot
Conclusion: the game is not worth the candle :(

Everything will work great.
I myself use the built-in SD card readers and run the hypervisor from them. There are no cons. Of the benefits - hypervisor backups and saving disk space. There is no difference in speed.

Speed! and possible rapid and sudden death of the drive

It is not very reasonable to use flash drives - precisely because of the low write resource. It's better to use some kind of SSD DOM
