You can ask friends from other countries to pay with their card. And they transfer via SWIFT and crypto. But be prepared that GDs may require ID, Utility Bill, and a photo of the card they paid with.
PS In GD, paying now is not the biggest problem/risk, see the story with their "sanctions" 8 years ago, when they removed domains and put them up for their auction, so it makes sense to transfer them to a more adequate registrar.
