Payoneer + Google Checkout and a US address?

Previously wondered about opening an account in the list of allowed countries . An account is required to accept money in Google Checkout (Google Play).
As a result, I issued a US EIN, opened a Payoneer account + received a card, and also activated the US Payment Service in Payoneer.
Now the situation is as follows: You
need to create a new email account (here you can use VPN).
Register as a Merchant (pay a fee of USD 25) + link Google Checkout (this can be done using a Payoneer card) and specify US everywhere.
Further it is clear that we bind ACH and everything seems to be.
1. What should I do with the US address?
2. What happens after they ask for confirmation, or if they have an EIN, they don't care?
3. After what amount is usually asked for confirmation?
4. Is it possible to get any US address, not for much more money?

@LunaRain

1. You can write the Payoneer address
2. The EIN came in handy, so you need to get it
3. I haven’t checked it yet
4. It’s possible, but it’s easier to register a company.
