How to start an IP? How to assemble the puzzle: me - contract - client - payment - bank - tax office - taxes?

Good afternoon!
I decided to become a businessman and officially, as an individual entrepreneur, make websites.
I went through the registration process, opened a bank account, I have a seal and even an office. All OK.
But.
I have been an individual entrepreneur for more than six months, but no one has ever ordered a website under an agreement, with payment through a bank. Nobody even knows that I'm official.
I rent an office for cash, I accept orders for cash, t.z. written with a pen on paper according to the customer's words.
Here is the specific question(s).
0 How to draw up a contract? (found from Lebedev's studio, it seems too big) - are there any analogues for 5 pages?
1 What about the terms of reference? Do it as a separate application, or immediately in the contract?
2 How do I submit an invoice for payment? I have Privatbank, I have an Internet bank.
3 Do I need to somehow reflect this agreement on the account?
4 Do I need to indicate the number of the contract in order in the contract? (well, I'm ashamed to write Agreement No. 1, when there are already 50 sites in my portfolio)
5 Most importantly - what's next with the tax?
6 Is it possible to draw up a contract as an individual entrepreneur, not to indicate the amount in it, but to receive money as an individual? (so as not to pay tax?
7 if I work on a prepaid basis (50/50) - how should this be reflected in the contract?
8 Is there anything else needed for the contract? I heard about the act of acceptance, it seems? Can I indicate this in the contract?
I would really like to hear your advice.
Perhaps there are too many questions, but they are all like a chain, and I did not find any sensible information on the topic. Maybe there is some kind of tutorial "for the smallest" on this issue?
Thank you!

I will say this - your business, enough, sad - if you ask yourself such questions. Urgently begin to study all organizational issues.
0) Found from Lebedev - remake it for yourself and don't suffer. The smaller the contract, the worse, the less any kind of pitfalls are provided for.
1) TK as a separate annex to the contract, moreover, an integral part of it. If you insert it into the contract, you will have to rewrite the contract every time. Moreover, each time it will be necessary to renegotiate, in fact, a new contract - if something needs to be corrected in the TOR.
2) I don't even know how to put it here. It will be easier, in your case, to google: "Account for payment" - the first thing that comes across, use as an example. Accordingly, you only have to change the details and enter positions.
3) Read carefully. Think. What does it mean to reflect this contract on the account? An agreement is your relationship with a partner, they are of no interest to anyone except you.
4) Indicate the numbering as you wish, you can not indicate at all, the most important thing is the date of the contract and its essence.
5) Contact an accountant - let him serve you, otherwise B will not go so far. In general, what to do with taxes, you need to see what kind of taxation system you have.
6) You can prescribe everything in the contract. In IP, accept money as you wish. In order not to pay taxes on this, your accountant or you should not indicate this in the reporting (for this, it is easier to accept money to another account, to one that does not appear in the tax account).
7) So reflect. You, in the contract, probably have / will have a clause regarding the procedure and terms for delivery and payment - reflect it there.
8) You provide services, therefore, the act of acceptance of work must be. Nothing more is needed.
The most important advice is in the first sentence of my comment.

IP on USN? Does it make sense to take money into the dark with current insurance premiums and the possibility of compensating them through tax? or such turnovers that the tax is more than 35 thousand a year?
