To access the server via rdp, can the subdomain be redirected to an address like 1.2.3.4:5678?

The name must be without specifying the port, i.e. in the client we write sub.domain.com and connect to 1.2.3.4:5678.
namecheap registrar. Created SRV record

_p5678._tcp. 0 5 5678 sub.domain.com.

but the redirect is not happening.
Here it is advised to add _tcp.sub, but this does not help.
Is such a redirection possible in principle with the setting only on the side of the registrar?

Rdp does not support SRV and will not work.

Run Wireshark on the computer where the RDP client is located and filter port 53 (DNS). Then start an RDP connection and see what requests the client issues. Most likely, requests will be only to A-records, in this case SRV-records will not help you.
