Having some problems, so...
Connecting via PPPoE, entered login and pass.

Inet is! But not for long... After 30-60 minutes, he cuts himself out and in his personal account (192.168..., hereinafter LK) I see this
420d3146c2944bb6bdf6bb7d01c3f544.PNG
. Although, what is most interesting, there is an Internet on the phone !!!
And when I go to the personal account through the phone, I see the first picture, and through the laptop, the second one.
Also changed the SSID name to TP-LINK_7D815A .
My actions:
I flashed the router to the latest version.
I installed node32 and it gives the following:

And
b924bbf4b4b44f32a45b32efee0b8e8f.PNG
there is no fake cache, the router is out of town.
The Internet is gone, what I'm doing: I
forget the password, I connect again, I enter the password again.
Doesn't always work!
I repeat.
I enable, disable network filtering in nod32.
In general, after some, such here, gestures, it starts to work.
What's the matter, tell me?

writes that there are 2 devices with the same ip. you go into the router 192.168.0.1 there on the left in the DHCP menu, in the submenu - a list of DHCP clients and look - who has similar ip, and if there is anyone else. Next, check whether everywhere on all devices ip is assigned automatically.

Are you sure you are connecting to the same router?
The second picture clearly shows something from the 740-841 series.
There is an assumption that your second router was supposed to work in the mode of just an access point (on tp-links, this is done by changing the address, turning off the dhtsp and plugging the cable from the main router into the LAN port), but his settings went down and he considered himself more important .
