Why doesn't everyone want to switch to Let's Encrypt?

Why is someone still using these certificates for a couple of tens of thousands of rubles? Why didn't everyone stupidly switch to Let's Encrypt which is free, and even more so now supports subdomains?

Well, maybe because LE does not issue Organization Validation and Extended Validation Certificates, at least?
