Own DNS server for clients?

Is it possible to raise a public server on Unbound DNS or another to a primer for your home PCs with the ability to manually specify a list of public URLs that should be blocked for those who use this DNS?
That is, when you try to enter virus-site.ru, DNS blocks or slips another IP.
Thank you.

Nothing interferes.
It is clear that this particular server should be specified as DNS. It is better to block access of "untrusted" persons. To avoid.
