How to remove dns from resolv.conf?

Good evening everyone.
I wanted to raise dns in the virtual machine, which means that two cards are configured in the machine: one looks at the Internet and receives ip via dhcp, and the second looks at LAN and has a static ip.
In resolv.conf, I specified the address 127.0.0.1, but the address of my router is still spinning there and I don’t understand how to remove it from there, because then all the forwarding will be through bind.
PS OS. Debian 9, dns server bind9.

resolv.conf is generated automatically, no need to go there, it received an entry automatically via dhcp from the provider - a regular situation.
