I will specify AD on one DNS on another DHCP on the third (well, or your option), the main thing is not on one.

The absence of DNS on the DC is a highly unrecommended configuration, there must be very good reasons for such a decision on how to do it right, then what to do wrong, hardly anyone will tell you, this is a large layer of experience, a rake and pitfalls.
