The site is accessible by ip but not by domain, what should I do?

The site is developed on Rails and deployed on DigitalOcean, hosting is registered on freenom.com.
I made the settings for addressing as it should, 5bdef495f1b21943711742.png5bdef4a57203c193510431.png5bdef4ace64d9700301692.png
but nothing happens by the name of the site, what is it and how to fix it, help me figure it out.

You need to hit the DNS provider because your domain is being resolved through a completely different registrar. And let them figure it out. As a last resort, you can sue for the inadequate quality of the services provided - but read the contract. According to the data available in the DNS response, your registrar does not have rights to the teacher-office.cf. domain, and, as a result, does not have the right to sell it to you.
