Why is there no Internet access on a corporate laptop?
Good afternoon!
Characteristics:
1. There is a corporate laptop (for an employee to work outside the office)
2. A laptop in a domain
3. Access to domain resources (from home) is carried out under a VPN (FortiVPN)
Problem: The
laptop stopped having Internet access (happened outside the office)
- connects to the home AP, but does not have Internet access
- to the telephone AP of the laptop owner - similarly
- connects to another telephone AP - there is Internet access.
both sim cards are in a corporate package, there are no restrictions on MTU.
What is known!
1. Owner's phone in AP mode works - tested on other devices.
2. GPO update had no effect
3. There are no "hidden route settings" on the network adapter.
4. Reloading the OS Corp did not help (fact from another branch of the company).

What about dns, what about the routing table, adapter settings, tracing to google or yandex?
the problem is solved, there were "manual" DNS settings, then we already understand where they come from? because a person's account does not have local admin rights.
