How to set up to open the site on another PC?

There are 2 computers, both behind a router. White IP.

192.168.0.100 - on this ISPManager panel. The site is spinning on the domain.com domain
192.168.0.250 - Apache with the site is raised on this

. I wanted a site named site.domain.com to open at 0.250. At 0.100, I added the entry site A 192.168.0.250 to the dns. In the virtual host at 0.250 I registered site.domain.com. Does not work. What have I done wrong?

You need to register in the DNS the external IP address at which the router is accessible from the outside. Ports on the router need to be forwarded too.
