Settings for mail on nic.ru

Clients had mail on nic.ru, now the domain has moved to our DNS, but we were told about the mail just now. Can anyone tell me what MX you need to specify in order for the post to stay there? Still desirable A records for pop3 and smtp...

1. nic.ru has support.
2. there is faq - hosting.nic.ru/faq/dns.shtml#q2 (MX 10 MX01.NICMAIL.RU.)
3. Setting up mail clients - www.mail.nic.ru/tuningpc.shtml (All pop and smtp servers - mail.nic.ru)
True, I looked at the mx settings on one domain:
5 MX02.NICMAIL.RU.
10 MX01.NICMAIL.RU.
20 MX03.NICMAIL.RU.

They put mail.nic.ru
MX 10 mail.nic.ru for any domain.
And write the same in the mail settings.
Or make a CNAME
