The RRAS service does not start. How can the problem be solved?

Hello, today I rebooted the server for prevention purposes. And the Routing and Remote Access service did not start. If someone met, please advise what can be done without reinstalling the server, ideally and without rebooting.

if the tasks of this server do not include routing multicast traffic, I would use the route command to see if there are multicast routes, and if there are any, I would delete them. after that, I would try to raise the service again.

Unfortunately everything was solved by reinstalling the Server. I wanted to try reinstalling the TCP \ IP stack according to the manual , but on the 19th point it did not work. (The "Delete" item did not become available).
