Is it possible to use an Android device as a "WIFI Proxy"?

Android is connected to the router. It is necessary to make the proxy on Android available on the router's network, but at the same time access the Internet via 4g. How can this be implemented?
(The bottom line is to distribute the Internet from the phone through a router)

Turn on the "Wi-Fi access point" mode on the phone, in the control panel of the router in the Wi-Fi section, look for the "Client" (client) or "Bridge" (bridge) connection modes. When they are selected, the router starts searching for available networks, and then the connection is the same as on other devices. But these modes may not exist, in many routers they are absent. In bridge mode, the DHCP server will turn off at the router and you can go to the control panel at the address that the phone issued. It is also better to delete the settings for connecting to the provider for the purity of the experiment :).
