The prospect of a hopeless flash application

Is it possible to find a use for a Flash application (game) based on copyrighted content? As part of innocent fun, we got a frivolous flash application (for touch phones), based on excerpts from an old well-known foreign comedy. Is it possible to stick somewhere or be content with the reaction of relatives and friends?

if the goals:
* make the world a better place, add karma to yourself in real life and that's all:
open the source code of the application, write, if necessary, documentation or automatic scripts for extracting content and assembling ...
maybe, if the application turns out to be very popular, you can get a profit from traffic and You may receive funds for the development of the project.
perhaps part or all of the content will be rewritten / rewritten => it may make sense to legally sell
* don't worry about karma, hope for a chance, etc.
you can sell as is
* and it's better to publish anyway, sometimes, very rarely, it can 'shoot' and get unexpected results.

Does this not work in your case?

Creation of a work in the genre of literary, musical or other parody or in the genre of caricature on the basis of another (original) legally published work and the use of this parody or caricature is allowed without the consent of the author or other owner of the exclusive right to the original work and without payment of remuneration to him.
