But at the same time, he seasoned everything with his own style, which is a little distant from the original, added more pages and stuff like that - it seems there’s nothing to complain about, but as an author who worked on the original design for a long time, I can safely say that the stolen elements and the arrangement of blocks where something about 25%.
What percentage of the stolen should be in order for me to be able to report the theft of certain elements?
I have a strong feeling that the design must be stolen by almost 70% in order to be able to submit the DMCA form.
Communication with the author did not give anything.
