There is a website that sells clothes. Is it possible, without cooperation, to legally create an application that sells the same clothes from this site, but with some markup? Although the donor site will also earn, sales will increase, but perhaps the site owner does not want such "cooperation"? Can the site owner make a claim? Is there a way to avoid the problem?

For copying the name and logo, you can definitely get into court.
If you will also tell users that you are that store, then buyers will also be able to complain about it.

What does "an app that sells the same clothes from this site" mean? The application itself does not sell anything, people sell it - this is logistics, order processing, this is the state. If you are able to do all this, it is easier to simply cooperate with this store or find a supplier. Or does the author want to write out clothes to his address and resell? Brilliant fucking idea.
