Is it possible to hire a freelance designer without drawing up an agreement on the transfer of copyright for the image? With subsequent commercial use of the image.
Can a freelance designer then report copyright infringement? There was no agreement.
Are there contract standards? And if the designer is not a resident of the Russian Federation?

Copyright is inseparable from the author. It is impossible to transfer them. Any contract where this is stated will be recognized by the court as void for one or two.
