How to avoid being copyrighted by Nintendo?

Hello.
I'm into unity. I am writing a game, I hope to upload it to the Play Market. Lately I've started to worry about the issue of copyright: my game is stylized as "Mario". There is nothing in common with the gameplay of the original game, only the visual part. At the same time, the textures are not copied, but redrawn by me (floor, bushes, slides, etc.), made similarly. Only the texture of the player (that very plumber) has not practically changed.
Subtracted a sad case with Full Screen Mario. True, it was an exact copy of the original.
Actually the question is: will Nintendo pick on me?
Can they only charge me for the visual part if the textures are essentially mine?
Or do they have intellectual property (i.e. a plumber who runs from mushrooms, the color of the bushes and the Italian name Mario can only be used by them) that excludes the appearance of even slightly similar games at all?
Didn't find any information on Mario's copyright. Looks like I didn't search well. In addition, I do not have good knowledge in English. If I found something, then Google translate, as I understand it, did not translate anything good for me.
Thank you!

The Jquery script itself is correct, maybe because the block for the result is hidden. It should be shown after receiving the response $('#result').html(data).show();
