My content is being copied, where can I complain?

One dishonorable site began to actively copy content from our online store: photos, descriptions, characteristics. Moreover, the photo is directly with watermarks. True, our omission, the watermark is quite hard to see.
There is no copyright on the products, but all the photos and descriptions were made by hand, and it's a shame that people take it and just upload it to themselves.
Who can I complain to to try to stop copying? Are there any laws that can be cited in a takedown request? Or our desire has no legal basis?

As practice shows, in 90% it is not worth it.
We go to the notary to inspect the site.
Then to the court or to the police, if it is impossible to establish whose site.
Court decisions and RKN can block the site and you can receive compensation.
There are options to send an inspection and offer pre-trial settlement of the dispute.
There was a case where my photo was used on the site in the reviews. I take this negatively.
I filed a claim, sent scans to the post office, e-mail, said what my future plans were. Removed very quickly.

The first thing that would not hurt to do is a banal exif for each picture. If they are thoughtlessly copied, then you can immediately cover up.
The second, more powerful one is not so much watermarks, but thematic images where your logo is visible, etc. For example, boots can be worn by an employee in a branded T-shirt with a logo and in the style of the site's design. Not only is such a "watermark" difficult to erase, but also the employee's face will be such a "sign", he can then be called to court as a witness or at least show the docks that he works for you.
The third interesting point is complex programming. For example, a product in 3D (on canvas), which can be viewed from all sides. The code can be obfuscated, put a bunch of bookmarks in it (let them steal, it will be worse for them) and much more. Theoretically, this can be stolen and cleaned, but the thief will have to make considerable efforts , it can often be easier to write the same from scratch, and this will already have to pay money out of your own pocket.

The entire Russian Internet is built on theft and copying.
You will not find a single independent Russian resource.
Any popular resource either copies the Western principle or copies the content.
What can I say.
Welcome to the Russian Internet.
