automatic video editing service and wanted to use music under the CC license.

I understand correctly that you need to use music in conjunction with a video where the license is indicated .
But under this license, there is little normal music that can still be used.
For example, there is where it is indicated that it is impossible to use NC for commercial purposes. Do we have a business case? If a user makes a video for himself and does not pay us? He can then upload to YouTube and so on.

Everything is free for now, but then there will be extended functionality by subscription.

Look here for possible licenses. If you do not receive commercial benefit or payment for the use of original works, then:
Original under CC BY-ND, CC BY-NC-ND - cannot be used to create derivative works.
At least one original under CC BY-SA - bet on the result of CC BY-SA, CC BY-SA, CC BY and CC BY-NC can be used in the same video.
At least one original under CC BY-NC-SA - bet on the result of CC BY-NC-SA, CC BY-NC-SA, CC BY and CC BY-NC can be used in the same video.
All originals under CC BY or CC BY-NC - put any of the CC licenses on the result.
Indication of the authorship of original works is obligatory in any case.
