The power supply stopped working by itself, options?

Good day, today I turned on the computer, after about ten minutes it turned off and does not turn on. When the power cord is connected, coolers start up, for 0.5s and immediately everything goes out, if you do not disconnect the cord, nothing else happens. I checked the unit separately on another system, everything is exactly the same. There are several dubious places in the block, a link to Ya.Disk with photos . I ask you to answer whether the unit is repairable, and is it possible to do something yourself?

Even in such a bad photo, you can see that there was overheating for a considerable time. Most likely your power supply is not designed for such consumption, so there was overheating. So either fix it or buy a new one. If we talk about the new one, then the best in terms of price / quality ratio is the FSP PSU.
