Implementation of forwarding a discrete video card from a server to a virtual machine (preferably VirtualBox). I also have a modified VirtualBox project (not source code) on hand.

Open VirtualBox does not know how to PCI Passthrough, you will probably find such specialists only in Oracle, if they exist at all. Also, VB itself is bad in terms of performance, so it's pointless to consider it for such purposes.
Hypervisors that can forward video cards: KVM, Xen, VMware ESXi, Hyper-V on Windows Server.
