Most existing systems require you to log in before sending an application, which is absolutely not suitable, because. all users are already authorized in the domain.
It is desirable that there are just two fields and one button:

The main task of the system is to show users that their application is in the queue and there are still N-tasks ahead of it. The list of these tasks is public and therefore available for viewing by all users on the main page.
Only executors (system administrators) can mark the completion of tasks.
