Helpdesk is needed, similar to zendesk - but cheaper. It is possible that it does not have as many integrations as zendesk, but so that it can be comfortably used in Russia, Ukraine, in short, in the CIS market.
Zendesk really likes the functionality, but we want to switch to a cheaper solution.
