Does CRM+HelpDesk open source exist?

Good afternoon. We are a small IT company. At the moment we use bitrix24 to manage projects and HESK to accept applications from clients. It is very inconvenient to work in two systems and we need something one and preferably free, but it’s absolutely ideal if it is open source and could be rolled out on our hosting. Is there such a thing?
