No, installing and configuring the server is not a problem - the administrators are already dealing with this issue, but still I would like to have a spare tire in my pocket.
1. I will say right away: options with tariff plans and generally paid ones are discarded immediately (which are "1-2 users for free, and more - already pay" and the like). Cloud or "register and use" is also not necessary: ​​today these sites exist, tomorrow they do not. Therefore: open source.
2. A lot of functionality is also not needed. Everything in helpy.io is just what you need. Tickets, Knowledge Base, Microforum, Multiuser. Ideally, plus a desktop application with a notification and call forwarding.
3. Modern design . "Vysers from 98" are not needed. Usability should be adequate for 2016.
4. Well, and preferably: a live and supported or fully completed product .
