How to create an automatic signature in Service desk?

Please tell me:
ServiceDesk Plus, version 9.4.
I would like my signature to be automatically put under my answer when replying to users (see screenshot). Or when creating a response, or (as an option) in an email they receive in Outlook.
In Outlook, the signature is configured, in the ServiceDesk itself in the "Personalization" the signature is also registered, but - alas, the user receives a "bald" response, only my response text without an automatic signature. Help me please.

If $request can be null, then first check in if this variable for null.
If there cannot be null, then figure out why on earth it ended up there.
