The Internet stopped working because of the warcraft reforge pirate, what should I do?

A very strange problem.
I downloaded the pirated Warcraft 3 reforge in order to test the game and decide whether it is worth buying. There is the usual folder with the game and the file Forge.exe (maybe someone came across). I launched it, a console window popped up there, but with some kind of error, I didn’t wait, I closed it (apparently this is a file so that you can log in offline in the battlenet). But only after it was closed, I lost the Internet on my computer (in the browser, etc.), I have no idea how to return it. I deleted the folder with the game and the file, the virus check says that everything is clean. I understand that the topic is specific, but suddenly the solution is banal and someone knows what to do.

The problem seems to be solved, this thing puts a proxy server, I removed it.
