Task assignment in win server 2012 policies?

Hello.
You need to run the batch file through the "Assignment of the task" in the policies. The batch file must be run as administrator.
I create a "reset" policy for the "arc" subdivision.
I go to the branch: User Configuration - Settings - Control Panel Options - Task Assignment.
Create - "Scheduled task for Windows 7 and above"

If you use %LogonDomain%\%LogonUser% - a task is created for the user in the scheduler, but (!)
It is executed naturally on behalf of %LogonUser%, although the "with the highest rights"
checkbox is checked. it must be run "as administrator"
If instead of %LogonDomain%\%LogonUser% you write "mydomian\admin" on the user The task is not created in the scheduler. How to execute from under the administrator?
All users on win 7
