Bring back automatic updating of folders and files in Windows 7?

If in any folder, delete \ rename any file, then the correct display of changes will appear after "update" (F5) without this action, the file will be visible in its original form, without the changes that I made to it.
Tried:
- checked for viruses (Cureit, NOD)
- CHKDSK
- reset: desktop theme, folder options and visual effects
- cleaned startup, services, scheduler and tmp
- changed the NoSimpleNetIDList registry value from 0 to 1
- rolled the latest updates to the OS
- reinstalled device drivers (chipset, ME, GPU)
After each action, rebooted and checked.
Where to dig? Reinstalling Windows is not an option because of this. I need to figure it out, I'll be glad to help.
