How do I put Windows 7 on a Windows 8 computer so that they coexist?
Is there a step-by-step (or other sufficiently detailed) guide for installing Windows 7 on a computer (laptop) with Windows 8 in such a way that they coexist (that is, so that when the computer starts, you can choose which system to boot)?
Is it even possible?
What "pitfalls" are known?

I installed on a virtual disk, no problems (windows 7 vhd). There are a lot of manuals, and you won't have to repartition the disk.

It is
only recommended to install windows 7 first
You can install it, but the seven will overwrite the eight bootloader, and, of course, it will not see the eight itself, you will have to restore the eight bootloader from the installation disk. Here they installed XP on a machine with an eight.
Everything is written here in detail. if Windows 8 is already installed, then try the other way around.
