Suggest a solution for collective discussion of documents

Hey Habra.
Maybe someone came across, I'm looking for a free self-hosted (so google-services will not work) cms or something similar for a collective discussion of text / document / picture.
Figuratively: a record is created (such as a post), text is placed in it (1 line or several hundred, it doesn’t matter), and then registered users have the opportunity to comment on this text from the bottom or side.
As a discussion goal, it would not be bad to be able to insert a picture and then also collectively discuss it in the comments.
Things like Alfresco / Feng are great, but overkill for my needs.
The only thing I found the most (or ideally) suitable is samepage.io from kerio.
BUT - this is their web service, and they don't let you install it locally.
Still thinking about WordPress.
Maybe there are other options?

In order not to waste your time, I made test regs on samepage and for example made 2 entries there:
