What is the best way to store data?

I want to make for myself a certain base in which I want to store and add data. To be able to filter data by different columns. That is, in fact, I need an excel sheet, but only with the possibility of simultaneous access and editing, and that it be on the web. Does anyone use something similar?
Now I'm considering docs.google.com, but I would like it on my server, and not a third-party service.

Save the document to the onedrive cloud, log in to Excel on your computer or Excel Online and edit as much as you want at the same time.
